Exploring the North Sound

I have been having such a great time exploring the North Sound via the wonderful trails that snake all over the islands. Every run takes me to some amazing summit and I usually have the trails all to myself. We’ve spent a lot of time at the Bitter End Yacht Club whose name comes from both the last part or free end of a line (rope) and specifically for this area, might mean the last stop before heading across the Anegada Passage (that’s us) or the first stop for cruisers headed south from the east coast of the US. It’s a beautiful resort that is so welcoming and whose grounds are open for all to enjoy. We certainly have enjoyed napping in the hammocks that they have all over the island.
