So today I put my fear of heights to the test. With a harness attached to a jib halyard, Tni raised me up the mast using the electric winch in the cockpit. It took a while to get comfortable. I first installed a radar reflector before getting up the courage to go to the top where I installed an LED replacement bulb for the anchor light. Mary took some good pics of the event. Now that it’s over I guess it wasn’t that bad, but I’ll pass on doing it for fun.
Tomorrow we head down the ICW to Ft. Lauderdale, then onto Miami. David
